This unique wall relief panel is presented by Eka, who preserves her late husbands carving legacy by carrying on with his work. The relief panel is centered by a fat hen, who is surrounded by ancient Chinese coins known in Bali asi pis bolong /i . Though the coins are no longer used as currency, they are considered by many to be a token of good luck. Artisans in Ekas workshop carve the relief panel by hand from native suar wood and sign it.
